3. Any failure or delay by SosoCo Global (Online) to exercise a power or right under these Terms does not constitute as a waiver of that power of right, and the exercise of a power or right by SosoCo Global (Online) does not preclude its future exercise or the exercise of any power or right.
4. A reference to a clause is a reference to a clause of these Terms.
5. The laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement. Your transaction is deemed to have taken place in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
